So i recently moved here to New York from the tiny island state of Tasmania, Australia. Rather than point out the obvious differences, I've found some interesting and unusual quirks about this city.

Locks on Doors
Is it really that unsafe here that people need to have four or more locks on their doors? It's really fucking annoying to jingle and fiddle about for five minutes trying to get into your house.
